OUR ADULT JIU JITSU PROGRAM OFFERS CLASSES SIX DAYS A WEEK, CATERING TO ALL SKILL LEVELS—FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED, INCLUDING FUNDAMENTALS AND COMPETITION TRAINING SESSIONS.

EACH CLASS FOLLOWS A STRUCTURED, PURPOSE-DRIVEN CURRICULUM DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE SKILL DEVELOPMENT, TECHNIQUE MASTERY, AND OVERALL FITNESS IN A POSITIVE, CHALLENGING LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

Book Your Free Trial Class

Your journey begins by booking your free trial class. This first experience introduces you to our training environment, coaching style, and core fundamentals in a clear and structured way. From there, you transition directly into our Beginner Program with full guidance from our instructors.

Beginner Level: White Belt with 2 Stripes (40 Classes)

Training begins in structured group classes within a safe and controlled environment alongside students of the same level. Over the first 40 classes, students focus on foundational techniques through organized drills and progressive partner work. The emphasis is on technical understanding, body awareness, and controlled execution before advancing to higher levels of resistance.

The Grading System and the Student’s Journey

Progress is structured and measurable. Advancement is based on class attendance, technical development, and stripe progression within each belt. Each level builds on the previous one, allowing students to clearly track their growth while developing skill, confidence, and consistency on the mats.
